8. Inspection at Delivery

9. Returns & Replacement
Returns or replacements will be considered only in accordance with our applicable return/replacement policy.
Products that have been cut, modified, installed, drilled, polished, painted, laminated, customised or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Customised and special-order products may also be non-returnable.
10. Warranty
Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty will be subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Devi Enterprises does not provide additional warranties unless specifically stated in writing.
11. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
Once an order has been processed, manufactured, dispatched or customised, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable cancellation or refund will be determined based on the product and order status.
12. Measurements & Installation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements where products are supplied according to specific dimensions.
Unless specifically agreed, installation, fitting, cutting and site-related work are not included in the product price.
